Field operations software for companies that service and maintain industrial engines and generators. From the customer request to the final service report, the whole job moves on one record: work orders, technician tracking, spare parts, timesheets and facility history in the same system.

What it replaces
Most service teams still run the work through chat groups, paper service forms and spreadsheets that disagree with each other. The problem is not missing information but scattered information: the same job shows a different status in three different places.
Workflow
01 · Sales
Sales enters the request: which facility, which service type and who opened it. The same record is used until the job is closed; it never needs copying into another sheet or a chat message.
02 · Manager
Availability is visible in the list: the system counts technicians whose shifts do not clash on that date. More than one technician can be assigned, and the planned date and estimated finish stay on the same card.
03 · Field
On approval the job lands in the technician's mobile panel and a notification is sent. The technician starts the shift, fills in the service form and uploads photos; the office watches the same record live.

Every facility gets a permanent colour, and that colour stays the same on every screen: on the map, in the job list and in reports.
Locations of technicians on an open shift arrive automatically from the field. The background service keeps running even if the app is closed on the phone. Clicking a facility opens its engines, last maintenance date and open jobs in one card.

Timesheets · Overtime and per-diem
The technician starts and ends the shift from the phone. For each shift the system separates regular hours from overtime, splits shifts that run past midnight across two days, and tracks the weekly total separately.
Per-diem is flagged automatically: if the province where the shift started differs from the technician's registered city, that day counts as per-diem. At month end the manager approves the table; exporting to Excel is one click.

Warehouse · Three price tiers
Quantity and unit price are kept separately for original, OEM and aftermarket; the card shows all three together with the total value. Tier selection for a quotation happens on this screen.
Stock status is labelled per part. Alerts are raised for parts that fall to a critical level, and the minimum threshold can be set individually for each part.

Jobs past their planned date stand out in red with the number of days overdue written on them. No separate report and no going through the list item by item.
The chips below split jobs by status: open, awaiting technician approval, planned for today, overdue, not yet quoted. The counts are live; there is nothing to refresh.
